Her program generates a transformational alliance with their LifeWork; walking them all the way to the other side of new possibilities, strengths and deeper dimensions of intrinsic joy.

The eiLeads Program utilizes Dr. Peter’s palette of 42 light and dark emotions. The program specially focuses on the vocabulary of emotions necessary to experience trust, value, peace, change and purpose.  This unique vocabulary builds the culture for each individual’s life-work.
